LuAnn Roberto Owner/Creative Director At the helm of 411 Graphics, LuAnn Roberto is the Creative Director and strategic brawn that ensures her clients receive communications that are fresh, on-strategy, and effective. Since she began 411 Graphics in 1989, she has been bringing her distinctive style to high-profile creative projects as varied as corporate brochures, logos, give-aways and websites. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, local small businesses, as well as some of southern California's most famous film and television studios. In 2005, LuAnn was named Woman of the Year by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee. She has spoken to sold-out crowds on Marketing and Branding, and she has given back to her community as a co-team captain for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life team. Previously, LuAnn was Creative Director for a graphic design subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi, an international advertising agency. Now, she resides in Redondo Beach with her extra-large wiener dog, Frank. And when she's not creatively solving her clients' strategic and marketing projects, she keeps busy guarding her much sought-after Italian tomato sauce recipe. Ted Meyer Senior designer/illustrator Ted Meyer is a lead designer and illustrator for 411 Graphics. He brings to the team skills honed through years as an Art Director for two different television stations, and teaching at Brooks College and California State University at Northridge. Ted's innate talent for design and art is evidenced by the showcasing of his paintings and prints in museums and galleries around the world. Kalin Clements Web/Multimedia Programmer & Animator/Editor Kalin Clements is a website designer, programmer, 2D & 3D animator, and video editor whose technological know-how meshes perfectly with the 411 Graphics team to solve your online marketing needs. With over 9 years of experience, he has a wide range of accomplishments across the fields of graphics, animation and computers. He knows multiple programming languages, has a degree in Graphic Arts, and has held a teaching position at Brooks College in Long Beach, California. His hobbies include everything from technology and science, to woodworking and gardening. Don Szerlip Project coordinator With more than 20 years of print production experience, Don Szerlip is a practiced, steady hand that translates creative work into a finished product. His knowledge and thoroughness ensures that your vision and the design team's work becomes the finished product that you want, on-time and on-budget. Robin Moore PR and Marketing Robin Moore has 25 years of hands-on management experience in marketing communications, both in traditional and electronic communications. This enables her to write fresh, insightful marketing plans built to meet our clients' creative and bottom-line objectives. She is also in charge of public relations, stretching our clients' messages across both traditional advertising media as well as the news media. She maintains extensive relationships with news media contacts, making her a highly effective conduit to getting your message in front of the public. Robin Moore is a senior level strategic decision-maker with a Master of Science degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree from Smith College. She has earned Ernst and Young's prestigious "Master Entrepreneur of the Year" award, and is currently the principal of Moore Communications. Susan Thornhill Market Research Susan has over 20 years of experience as a professional consultant and researcher with a broad range of clients in diverse industries. Her expertise supports the design team in developing advertising and marketing that speaks specifically and purposefully to your target audience. Working closely with client teams in establishing project parameters, Susan probes attitudes and perceptions of groups to distill the critical issues at the heart of marketing your product or service. Susan comes to the 411 Team with experience as Sr. Vice President of an executive search firm, and her credentials include a business degree from Southern Illinois University. Kristi Martel Copywriter Kristi has more than a mastery of the written language—she brings a strong desire to learn about your business. She digs deep into who your target audience is, what makes them tick, and what will make them respond to your advertising message. Because when you get into the mindspace of your potential customer, you're able to talk with them, not at them. And that's when they listen.
